Refund Policy

For one-time programs or packages (like the Discovery Session or Transformation Program), you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as no sessions have been delivered and digital materials have not been accessed.

Sessions that have already occurred and digital materials already accessed are non-refundable. If you have purchased a package with multiple sessions, only the unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund (see below).

If your package includes multiple sessions and you have not used all of them, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions—calculated as the program price minus the value of sessions already taken and materials already accessed.

You may cancel monthly plans at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for monthly fees already charged.

If you miss a session or need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions missed without notice are not eligible for refund.

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, duplicate or accidental charges), notify me right away. Verified duplicate charges will be fully refunded.

To request a refund, email contact@JavierTorrescoaching.online with your name, program, and purchase details. I will respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Please contact me to resolve any problems before initiating a chargeback through your bank or Stripe, as this may delay your refund.
